Terms of use

CPM IM Studio ("IM Studio", "we", "us") is operated by Wollopit Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 23 628 819 107, ACN 628 819 107) trading as Commercial Property Marketing. By using imstudio.com.au or buying an IM you agree to these terms.

1. What you're buying

Each purchase gives you one IM: one brochure made from one set of sources (a website, documents or both), which you can design, edit and export in any of the available formats for 90 days from purchase. The price is $199 AUD including GST unless shown otherwise at checkout.

2. Your material

You confirm you have the right to use the websites, documents, images, logos and other material you give IM Studio, and that using them to make your IM doesn't breach anyone's copyright, trade marks or confidentiality. You keep ownership of your material and of the IM you export. You give us a licence to process your material only to make and deliver your IM.

3. Accuracy

IM Studio writes and lays out your IM from your sources. It can make mistakes, misread a source or present information out of date. You are responsible for checking every figure, claim, plan, price and disclaimer before you publish or send your IM. The standard disclaimer page is general wording only; have it reviewed for your situation. We are not responsible for decisions anyone makes in reliance on an IM.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use IM Studio to make misleading, unlawful or infringing material, to impersonate another business, or to overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Refunds

If IM Studio can't produce a usable IM from your sources, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll work with you to fix it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Storage

Your sources and IM are kept for 90 days after purchase so you can keep editing and exporting, then deleted. Export packages are deleted 7 days after they're built and can be rebuilt within the 90 days. Keep your own copy of everything you export.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about IM Studio is limited to the amount you paid for the IM concerned, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes and contact
